The Breakthrough Science of Metabolic Typing

Much more research has been accomplished in this area of "biochemical uniqueness" which has led to an entire science of Metabolic Typing, Patterning, and/or Profiling (these terms can be used interchangeably), which continuously reinforces the universal phenomenon that no two people are alike. We do not look the same, act the same, or require the same things for our daily survival. This is especially true when it comes to nutrition.

The next three chapters of this book, along with Table 3— "Categories of Human uniqueness," will give you a more in-depth look at biochemical individuality and its true implications for each of us. in lieu of this, we can accurately assume that there is overwhelming scientific information establishing that we are each unique.

This chapter will focus on a definitive answer to the question: why does the one-size-fits-all nutritional philosophy persist? From a simple logical standpoint, it doesn't make sense.

if we are all different,

Why do we all strive to eat the same food, take the same supplements, and go on the same lifestyle programs?

Why do we listen to our favorite celebrity, our brother or sister, our

brother or sister, our workout partnei, personal trainer, and even a doctor that pushes this philosophy?

Why do we strive so much to cut out red meat, or fat, or salt, or whatever from our own diet, in order to fit ourselves into the latest trend, fad, or social movement?
Putting logic aside, the answer is simply that we don't know any better.
