The Phenomenon of Biochemical Individuality

The fact is, science has thoroughly demonstrated that "no two people are exactly alike" in the way their bodies and minds function, and in the precise needs of their minds and bodies for overall wellness. Scientists refer to this phenomenon of personal uniqueness as biochemical individuality.

No two people have the same fingerprint. Most people know this but our individual differences go much deeper. You may recall the movie True Lies, where Arnold Schwarzenegger and Tom Arnold play secret agents. in the movie, an optic reader (computerized opthamalascope) identifies their retinal image before they are allowed to enter their maximum-security headquarters. The obvious (and accurate) inference here is that no two people have the same retinal image. The way we look on the outside (face shape, nose, all body characteristics) provides only minor clues to the very complex differences on the inside of our bodies. No two bodies inside or out are exactly alike. Even identical twins have external and internal differences which can become greater with age. And, of course, everyone who followed the O. J. Simpson case in the summer of 1995 knows that no two blood samples are exactly the same either.

in 1956, Roger Williams published the book Biochemical Indiv'duality in which he presented scientific evidence demonstrating the true uniqueness of our bodies. From a biochemical and physiological standpoint, our bodies vary widely from person to person to person. Through hundreds of varied research studies, Dr. Williams presented evidence that everyone is biochemically unique in both external and internal anatomy, and in our chemical composition which is the very essence of our life.
